Things To Think About Before Booking Your Children's Entertainer
One of the first things I ask everyone who rings up looking to book is, “Do you have a venue?”.
Quite a lot of times this can be a sticking point, (not on our part, we can work in houses of varying shapes and sizes) but only because venues in popular areas are booked up well in advance, leaving you scrambling about looking for somewhere to host your party! If you have one booked in, great, I need to know where to send the entertainers after all and it’s vital we get this from you.
The easiest question I’ll ask, as we need a confirmed date and time off you.
Because our entertainers get to your venue of choice about 30 mins early to set up the equipment we bring (we don’t like to leave it till the last minute), a definite time and date lets us plan our other bookings with the entertainers available on that date so there’s no trouble on the day.
We need a minimum of 10 kids really to get the most out of the games we play, we can work with any number (with less than 10 sometimes) but between 10-50 is normal for us.
We don’t need names, we get them off the kids on the day, but a rough number lets us know just how many Weetabix we need to feed our entertainers! And don’t worry, unlike other companies we don’t charge per child.
Sometimes we get special requests, a favourite song, a game they like to play, a theme for the party? But as well as that after doing so many parties all over Manchester and beyond we get that each child is different, some are more boisterous and some are shy, we can cater to almost anything.
So if your child is on the quiet side and maybe doesn’t like a big fuss around them, maybe they are on the autistic spectrum, or they don’t like loud sounds, or they’re epileptic it’s handy for us to know so we can inform the entertainer and your party can go as smooth as we can make it.

Don’t Just Take Our Word For It…
After every party we ask the parents or host to provide our entertainers with some feedback, good and bad, this helps us to really try our best to make your child’s birthday party the best it can be, here’s just a few of the hundreds of parties we’ve been to…
I don’t know how you do it! 25 children eating out of the palm of your hand! Fantastic party – Thank you so much. You made Jude’s birthday.
Rachel, thank you so much for making our little boy, Quinnes, 3rd birthday so special. All the children really enjoyed themselves and you made our lives so much easier!! Thank you.
Rachel, Thank you so much for making Eve’s birthday so memorable. You were fantastic! Everyone has had a fab time. Thanks again.
Rachel, Thank you so much for making Bobbi’s party so special, everyone loved it, willl see you again next year. Thank you.
You painted my daughters face at an Alice in Wonderland Party in St Helens. She got so many great comments about it and she was so proud of herself. Thank you very much.
I think the dancing games went down really well, the children loved the dancing lights, and it was great to see them running around, having so much fun, I’m definitely recommending you.
